3. How do I care for my ONE BLACK SHEEP product?

Suede: We recommend you waterproof your footwear before use. If cleaning is required use a damp cloth to sponge off stains.

Sheepskin: Sheepskin can be brushed with a stiff brush to look like new. If cleaning is required use cool water and dish washing detergent, try not to over wet the slippers. Rinse off with cool water. Dry out of sun and brush when dry.

Woolpile: Woolpile should be treated the same as sheepskin when cleaning.

Calfskin: Keep clean by brushing regularly and sponging off any dirt with a damp cloth.

Possum: Treat possum the same as you would calfskin.

4. What are the rates for International Shipping?

Because postal rates differ for each country we can only give a guideline to the cost. Prices shown are for a package containing one pair of high sheepskin boots, slippers will cost approximately half this amount. Prices are airmail rates and arrive at key destinations in approximately 1 week although this time will increase around Christmas.

South Pacific - approximately $20 - $40

East Asia and North America - approximately $30 - $40

Please note these are approximate prices and depend upon the weight of the order.

5. Who pays the tax?

Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, for goods in New Zealand the price is GST inclusive.

6. How can I make a return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges are permitted provided the customer purchased the product directly through us and is within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
